What's the Ab Challenge?

This Ab Challenge is 30 daily core workouts, under 10 mins per day, and full follow-along videos where I am doing the workouts with you. Ever since I was a little girl I was obsessed with getting abs. Yes, a lot of it is nutrition but building a strong core is critical for stabilizing your body, allowing you to move in any direction as well as having proper balance. I created this program to not only strengthen your core but kickstart your journey to a strong foundation. Whether you are adding this to your fitness regimen or taking on this challenge as your primary fitness daily it will challenge you every single day!

    Will I need any equipment?

    NOPE! All you need for this challenge is your body weight and a mat!

    How long are the workouts?

    The workouts take less than 10 mins per day.

    I’m a beginner. Can I still do this?

    YES! The program is designed to be adjusted for all levels. It is designed to push and challenge you but you can go at your own pace and improve every day. When you are feeling sore or weak, simply take it slow and do what you can.

    How many days do I need to dedicate to this?

    This is a 30-day challenge where we will be working out every single day. The workouts are less than 10 mins per day and can be done whenever you have a pocket of time.

    Will I have access to this program after it ends?

    Yes, you will always have access to the challenges you have signed up for.

    Is diet included?

    Diet is not included in this challenge but I do offer customized diet programs at AinsleyRodriguez.com

    What happens if I miss a workout?

    If you miss a workout simply get right back to it the next day! Or if you are feeling great try to hit both workouts on the same day.

    Will I be told what to do and how to do it?

    YES! I will be doing these workouts with you and all you have to do is press play and follow along.

    Will I be held accountable?

    We will hold each other accountable. Every week measurements will be submitted and live facebook chats will help me answer any questions you might have.
